Platform Enhancements

Vendor 2.0 Scorecard Date Selection Enhancements Enhanced date range options for "Vendor 2.0 Scorecard" and "Bulk Scorecard Generation" with expanded timeframe categories:

  • Current (Performance to Date): Current Week to Date, Month to Date, Quarter to Date, Year to Date

  • Prior (Historical Performance): Prior Full Week, Full Month, Full Quarter, Full Year

  • Last (Rolling Windows): Last 7, 30, 90, or 365 Calendar Days

Encompass to CMS Service Order Integration Updates

  • Streamlined cancellation workflow accepting Status ID 'C' directly from Encompass

  • New optional "OffHoldRequest" node removes holds and reverts orders to previous active status

  • New help documentation widget in the CMS bottom right corner, available today with more coming in the future

Platform Enhancements – UAD 3.6 Enabled Only

UAD 3.6 Appraiser Readiness Tab Tracks appraiser panel adoption of UAD 3.6 standards; downloadable reports include service provider name, CMS profile status, license states, email, phone, and notes.
