Order Summary Redesign and RealCondition Reports Enter UAT

Platform Enhancements

Order Summary Updates [APPMOD-5508] The Order Summary interface received optimization improvements, including condensed white space, reduced font sizes, and smaller button layouts. Additional changes include repositioning the lock icon and moving the AMC Service Provider fields. Several fields now hide when unpopulated: Batch Name, Disaster Zone, Review Tier, and GSE Risk Classification. The Close Order button was restored to the Order Summary section.

Administration Label Updates [APPMOD-5508] The "Service Information" label changed to "Product Information" in Administration > Preferences > Content. The Administration > Service menu was relabeled to Administration > Product.

RealCondition Report in CMS [JJWR-3260] The system now supports RealCondition Report ordering through CMS. Six new Property Condition Report products became available with Service IDs 153–158, covering residential and commercial options across various timeframes.

Evaluation Report File Type Handling [CLCTUTD-15236] Evaluation Reports now function as a distinct file type in AppraisalPort, enabling automatic routing to appropriate Encompass locations and eliminating manual file movement requirements.

With Reviewer Workflow Update [CLCTUTD-16523, CLCTUTD-16524] Orders can automatically transition to With Reviewer or With Escalated Reviewer status when reviews commence, streamlining workflow management.

• Scope of Work Comment Box [CLCTUTD-14766]: Fixes the Scope of Work comment box saving issue.

• Borrower Name Suffix Formatting [CLCTUTD-14822]: Corrects borrower name suffix formatting.

• Appraisal Mapping Ignore Button [CLCTUTD-15270]: Fixes appraisal mapping ignore button functionality.

• Invoice Generation Timing [CLCTUTD-16355]: Resolves invoice generation timing issue.

• Dashboard Queue Status Updates [APPMOD-6412]: Updates dashboard queue status accuracy.

Looking Ahead

Vendor Profile Updates and Dashboard Updates are previewed for late 2025, featuring interface modernization and improved order prioritization.
