UAD 3.6 reviewer assignment workflows, reconciliation tasks, address verification, and AppraisalPort terminology updates

The PROD release, scheduled for October 14, 2026, includes several key updates. Below are the details of what’s included in this release and how it supports our ongoing efforts to improve system performance and user experience. Reviewer assignment workflow for UAD 3.6 Orders [APPMOD-12202]
Assigning or reassigning reviewers and escalated reviewers on UAD 3.6 orders that are reviewed in Collateral Investigate now completes immediately without unnecessarily prompting for a status-selection and preserving the current order status.

Security improvements

We are continuing regular maintenance activities to support system security, protect user data, and ensure reliable performance.

Issue resolutions

UAD 3.6 reconciliation automated tasks [APPMOD-12127, APPMOD-12317]
We addressed a couple small issues with triggering automated tasks based on reconciliation alert conditions, ensuring tasks are created and orders are updated correctly.

Property address verification on document upload [APPMOD-12248]
We fixed an issue where Subject Address Comparison critical findings were not firing as expected. The system now includes complete property address information during document submissions, ensuring accurate order verification and workflow routing upon upload.

AppraisalPort:

AppraisalPort email alert terminology updates [APPMOD-12172]
Email notifications and alert messages now display "Product" instead of "Service" or "Service Type" for greater consistency across communications and website features.
