Custom Email Templates, Automated Collateral Review Checklists, and UAD 3.6 Revision Request PDFs

Platform Enhancements

Custom Email Templates [CLCTUTD-19481/ARC4030] Administrators can now personalize status email alerts with greater flexibility:

  • Dynamic Data Integration allowing custom data points within emails

  • Custom subject lines defined by administrators

  • Email templates associated with specific customers and channels

  • Status update configuration for processors, reviewers, contact types, and alternative email subscribers

Feature access requires enabling through a Customer Success Manager or Support; the Manage Email Alerts role grants access to the Email Alert Templates module.

Automated Collateral Review Checklist [CLCTUTD-20441] A new Checklist Item section has been added to automated collateral review documents. It is visible by default but can be disabled via Include Checklist Questions on the Automated Collateral Review under Administration → Preferences → Workflow Options. These items are for manual reference only and do not influence the final decision.

UAD 3.6-Specific Enhancements

Revision Request Details PDF [APPMOD-5049] Revision requests now display in nicely formatted PDF documents accessible to AppraisalPort and CMS users, generated through automated rules, Investor Submission tabs, or the Investigate review solution.

CMSBI Reporting Updates [APPMOD-5067] Fifteen new data points are available, including Product Type, Project Legal Structure Type, ADU Count, and Desktop Underwriter Casefile ID.

UCDP Submission Settings Validation [APPMOD-8990, 9120] The system now validates UCDP configurations to ensure required data is present before submission.

Investigate Submission Confirmation [APPMOD-8994] Log entries now confirm Investigate submissions with supporting messages.

Advanced Search Columns [APPMOD-8732, 8914] Nine additional columns are available for configuration in search preferences and Excel exports.

Search AppraisalPort Results Sorting [APPMOD-9243] The "UAD 3.6 Ready" column now sorts consistently with other columns.

Add Completion Report or Restricted Appraisal Update [APPMOD-9529] Users can now add these products directly from the product dropdown in the Add New Product tab.

Issue Resolutions

  • GAAR Bulk Upload Error Handling [CLCTUTD-20223]: Enhanced error messaging addresses failures caused by newline characters in spreadsheet description fields.

  • ZIP Code Processing [CLCTUTD-18636]: The Create Order form now uses the first five digits of 9-digit ZIP codes for county and state identification.

  • Street Address Parsing [CLCTUTD-18454]: Street numbers are now preserved correctly when the street number and name share characters, ensuring accurate MapIt geocoding.

  • EPC Status Updates [CLCTUTD-18067]: Streamlined update delivery eliminates duplicate actions and "invalid record id" errors.

  • AVM Property Values [CLCTUTD-7317]: AVM-provided property values are now properly captured and displayed.

  • DPS Payment URL Formatting [CLCTUTD-20895]: Removed extra slashes in payment request URLs to restore normal transaction processing.

  • AppraisalPort Vendor Search [APPMOD-9243]: Users must select a specific state before searching; the "All states" filter previously caused errors.

  • Legacy Bulk Order Status [APPMOD-9373]: Bulk orders no longer remain stuck in "Incoming-New" status.

  • Original Product Ordered Field [APPMOD-9383]: UAD 3.6 orders now display correct original products instead of "All-Undetermined."

  • Loan Tab Label [APPMOD-9567]: Removed a redundant "Hold Reason" label from the loan tab.
