March 2026 ZIP Code, County, and City Data Refresh for CMS.net
Overview
Cotality is reinstating monthly updates for ZIP codes, counties, and cities to maintain accuracy with USPS data and regional boundary shifts. Implementation begins with the March 14, 2026 production release; changes are currently available in UAT for testing.
Monthly Maintenance Schedule
DEV and QA: 4th of each month at 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM CT
UAT: 5th of each month
PROD: During scheduled Saturday releases

Impact on Systems

Connecticut Planning Region county-equivalent changes are excluded from this update and will be communicated separately. A detailed change file is available upon request through your Customer Success Manager.
