Issue Resolution
Fixed an issue where payment charge endpoint requests were not being processed, affecting direct payment service functionality on UAT. Following the deployment, charges are added successfully.
Deployment Details
The UAT hotfix deployed on March 20, 2025, from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM CST, with approximately 30 minutes of downtime.
