AppraisalPort Invoice Data Expansion, Certified Appraiser Assignment Filter, and DSS Live Login Fix

Platform Enhancements

JJWR-2506 – AppraisalPort Invoice Data Expansion Vendors can now transmit AMC Fee and Appraiser Fee alongside existing Invoice Amount and Invoice Number data, which flows through CMS Invoice API events to lender systems.

JJWR-2504 – Certified Appraiser Assignment Filter A new manual assignment filter called Certified License Required restricts service provider options based on sales price thresholds. Configure it under Administration > Preferences > Assignment/Service Provider Options > ASSIGN TO CERTIFIED APPRAISERS ONLY BASED ON SALES PRICE, with options for specific services and loan purposes.

User Experience Improvements

CLCTUTD-13914 – License Level Display License level now appears as a column in manual assignment search results when Override mode is active.

CLCTUTD-13268 – AppraisalPort Homepage Updates Two new product slides were added: "Total Formfilling" and "Switch to a la mode."

Issue Resolutions

• CLCTUTD-10950: DSS Live login redirection problem corrected.

• CLCTUTD-13568: "First Appraised Value" field consistency fixed across multiple appraisals.

• CLCTUTD-13949: Reduced log entries for payment processing errors.
