Investigate Order Creation Error Handling, EGL Customer Label Improvements, and Profile Sync (UAT)

Platform Enhancements (UAD 3.6 Enabled)

  • Enhanced error handling for order creation to Investigate (APPMOD-11014) prevents duplicate orders and notifies processors of failures

  • Improved Customer label display for EGL configuration module (APPMOD-11186) simplifies dropdown labels and expands filter buttons dynamically

User Experience Improvements

This release addresses several operational issues, including product type persistence in collaboration workflows, and eliminates duplicate property address events sent to downstream systems.

Issue Resolutions

  • Corrected Log & Message entries to reflect only modified fields

  • Restored Loan Classification selection functionality in the EGL module

  • Ensured FHA orders properly prompt for Government Case Numbers

Coming Soon

Upcoming features include Investigate review data integration with LOS systems, and the ability to view review tiers and assign underwriters within the CMS Order Summary.

Profile Sync Updates

Profile Sync will sync AppraisalPort vendor documents to CMS profiles, allowing clients to choose between automatic synchronization or approval-based workflows.
