Production release: UAD 3.6 enhancements, security maintenance, bug fixes, and AppraisalPort updates

The production release, scheduled for October 7, 2026, includes several key updates. Below are the details of what’s included in this release and how it supports our ongoing efforts to improve system performance and user experience. Platform enhancements

Platform enhancements only visible with UAD 3.6 enabled

UAD 3.6 review data delivery to EPC [APPMOD-11355]
EPC clients can now receive review results from Collateral Investigate through the integration for UAD 3.6 orders.

Reconciliation alerts and auto tasks for UAD 3.6 orders [APPMOD-10922, APPMOD-10924, APPMOD-10925, APPMOD-10926, APPMOD-10928, APPMOD-10929, APPMOD-10930]
Users can now create automated tasks and receive email alerts for the following non-status conditions:

• Collateral Investigate Reviewer Not Found Received

• Collateral Investigate Order Flagged As Reconciliation Needed

Document Delivery improvements for UAD 3.6 orders [APPMOD-11914, APPMOD-12090]
Document Delivery now sends borrowers a readable PDF instead of a ZIP file. Internal-only file types like SSR JSON files and Revision Requests are no longer offered as delivery options.

Expanded Investor Submission bypass [APPMOD-11982]
Users with the Advanced Investor Submission role can now bypass submission from more statuses, including Ready for Investor Submission, Exception-Investor Submission and Revision Needed. Bypass Investor Submission should be used when the user wishes to halt further submissions to UCDP and move the order forward to review, regardless of outstanding fatal findings.  

Loan amount updates sent to Collateral Investigate [APPMOD-12177]
When the loan amount changes on an order, CMS now sends the update to Collateral Investigate automatically.

Investor Submission sequencing for update and completion products [APPMOD-12179]
Update and completion orders created through RealEC now pull the Investor Submission sequence/position number from the parent order.

Rejected Investor Submission status for failed investor submission [APPMOD-12212]
When submission to Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae fails, the system will automatically retry multiple times. Once the maximum automatic submission retries have expired, we will now mark the submission with a “Rejected” sub status badge in the Investor Submission tab and place a note in the history log. This alerts the user that the Investor Submission failed and the submission needs to be attempted manually at a later time.

Security improvements

We are continuing regular maintenance activities to support system security, protect user data, and ensure reliable performance.

Issue resolutions

Review tab display after reviewer removal [APPMOD-11033]
We fixed an issue where the Review tab was not displaying correctly on UAD 3.6 orders when a reviewer or escalated reviewer is removed from the order.

Review decision status update correction [APPMOD-12253]
We fixed an issue where “Approved with Conditions” review decisions did not map correctly to the “Approved with Conditions” CMS status. Review status updates now process correctly when a review is decisioned in Collateral Investigate as “Approved with Conditions”.

AppraisalPort updates

Identifying Legacy orders in appraiser’s new assignment email alerts [APPMOD-12140]
AppraisalPort users subscribed to receive email alerts upon new order assignment are now better able to differentiate between legacy and UAD 3.6 orders. The “Service” field has been renamed “Product”, and if the order is for a legacy appraisal form, we will now specify "(Legacy Form)" after the product name.

Revision Request PDF retrieval [APPMOD-12233]
We fixed an issue where Revision Request PDFs received through the AppraisalPort integration did not contain a file extension, so they could not be opened without manual intervention. Integrated AMCs can now retrieve Revision Request PDFs with the correct file extension.
