Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Rules for GAAR Worksheet

CMS added additional review items to include FNMA/FHLMC rules for the UCDP process, automating compliance checks that previously required manual configuration.

Image Analytics Rules

Five new automated detection capabilities were added:

• FNC-IMAGE-MISS-000-14: Kitchen appliance detection (range/microwave)

• FNC-IMAGE-IMP-000-09: Basement finish area documentation verification

• FNC-IMAGE-IMP-000-08: Water heater straps in seismic zones

• FNC-IMAGE-IMP-000-10: Roof tarp detection

• FNC-IMAGE-MISS-000-15: California smoke/CO detector requirements

Redact Loan Number Feature

Provides an option to mask loan numbers in vendor transmissions, displaying as "XXXXX" externally while retaining visibility within the system.

Coming Soon: Vendor Profile Sync

Enables review and approval of vendor profile updates (services, coverage areas, E&O information) with notification feedback to vendors via Ports.

No configuration changes are required for most updates; administrators should configure GAAR management and vendor profile preferences as needed.
