Certified Appraiser Assignment by Sales Price A new capability enables automatic assignment of orders to Certified appraisers when sales prices exceed a defined threshold. Configure this under Administration > Preferences > Assignment/Service Provider Options > ASSIGN TO CERTIFIED APPRAISERS ONLY BASED ON SALES PRICE, applicable to specific services and loan purposes.

License Level in Service Provider Manual Assignment Picker The manual assignment picker now displays the service provider's license level and an indicator if the license is expired, helping verify provider qualifications during manual assignment.
