Platform Enhancements

  • New Investor Contact Type (CLCTUTD-14334): Enables adding investor contacts to orders as loan-associated individuals. These contacts can receive email alerts and be sent to AppraisalPort service providers.

Issue Resolutions

  • Connecticut Zip Code Update (CLCTUTD-14455, CLCTUTD-13974): Updates zip code logic for the state of Connecticut to align with their move from counties to planning regions.

  • Appraisal Invoice Fix (CLCTUTD-14263): Resolved issue ensuring appraisal invoices are consistently sent.

  • System Security Updates (CLCTUTD-13859, CLCTUTD-11373): Ongoing maintenance for data protection and system reliability.

  • Message Status Fix (CLCTUTD-12528): Fixed incorrect unread status marking in the Log and Message UI.

  • Service Types Display (CLCTUTD-6394): Ensures that only active service types are displayed to the user when performing the "Add Coverage Area" action.
