New Task Management Filters, Nightly Date Conflict Detection, and a Revisions Dashboard Tile
Key Features Released
Task Management Updates The system introduced five new filters for Automated Actions: Channel, Customer, Order Attributes, Loan Classification, and Sub Loan Type. A new Task Management tab was created to help clients enable or disable these configuration settings. These enhancements support clients as they better manage their order milestones for all business channels.
Date Comparison Feature Enhancement The system now runs a nightly process to detect conflicts between updated milestone dates. Examples include scenarios where an Inspection Date is set to be after the Closing Date or after the requested due date, helping prevent closing delays.
Document and File Management Users can now select and download multiple associated files simultaneously. The Contact Type dropdown for Document Delivery now supports all contact types, allowing clients to specify multiple email recipients for appraisal copies.
Assignment and Notes A new Notes field was added to the Service Provider Assignment page for tracking assignment nuances. Additional loan-level fields (Loan Purpose, Sub-Loan Type, Loan Classification) are now available to service providers in Appraisal and Title Port.
Search and Access Controls A new Log and Message search feature allows filtering by keywords or dates across specific fields. A limited Manual Reviewer Assignment access control was introduced to align reviewer assignments with order profiles.
Vendor and Revision Management Email alerts notify clients when vendors accept invitations or unlink accounts. A new "Revisions" dashboard tile helps users quickly identify and prioritize returned appraisal revisions.
All updates required either no configuration or optional setup through User Management settings.
