Property Data Re-Inspection Product

A new inspection service was introduced to handle corrections or updates for existing property data inspections, designed to satisfy GSE requirements for lenders seeking final completion inspections on qualifying properties.

Accounting Automation – Date of Birth Validation

The onboarding screen for direct payments now includes enhanced error messaging. When a birthdate is entered incorrectly or indicates someone under 18, users see: "Please enter a valid birthdate for someone at least 18 years old. If you are trying to onboard as a minor, please contact support."

User and Groups Search Enhancement

Search functionality now allows searching anywhere within names — beginning, middle, or end of strings — rather than only at the start, improving efficiency when locating specific users or groups.

• Corrected Review Appraiser signature transmission in ENV 2.0 files

• Enhanced security for zip file uploads to prevent false-positive XSS alerts

• Fixed special character handling in service provider comments

• Resolved special character encoding issues in CMS.NET comments

• Implemented zip code validation against selected states in appraiser profiles
