JJWR-2504 – Certified License Required Filter: A new filter aligns with your configured sales price, loan purpose, and service settings for requiring Certified Appraisers in assignment. Now available in the RFP picker, with automatic inclusion in Batch Quote eligibility criteria.
JJWR-2960 – FHA SSR Submission via AppraisalPort: Vendors can now submit FHA SSRs through AppraisalPort, helpful when vendors transmit reports to the FHA EAD Portal on behalf of the lender. Requires a CoreLogic Support request.
JJWR-2964 – Reviewer Group in Advanced Search: Added Reviewer Group as a search option under the Organization tab; the existing Group option was renamed to Processor Group for clarity.

CLCTUTD-13974: Fixed outdated FIPS codes causing the County field to display as 0.
CLCTUTD-12267: Corrected AVM triggering when changing orders to "Cancelled – Duplicate Request."
CLCTUTD-13039: Resolved data loading failure in "Add New Coverage Area."
CLCTUTD-9100: Fixed appraised value showing $0.00 in the Collateral Valuation Summary Report for AVM orders.
CLCTUTD-13949: Eliminated duplicate error messages for payment event retries.
