Platform Enhancements

Message Access Rules Label [APPMOD-4468]

The "Service" labels within the Message Access Rule tab have been renamed to "Product"
In the Add New Message Access Control Rule pop-up, the Service dropdown is now named Product
In the table, the Service column header now displays Product
In the table, the View Services button will display as View Products

Dashboard Updates [APPMOD-5843]

The "Open Orders by Service" chart is renamed to "Open Orders by Product"
The "Open Orders By Exception Status" chart is renamed to "Needs Attention"
The "Open Orders by Status" and "Needs Attention" queues will now always be the first charts at the top
An audit of statuses was performed with updates to ensure all applicable statuses are included

Automated Action Button Placements and Label Update [APPMOD-7220]

Vendor SLA Configuration Label Update [APPMOD-7220]

On the SLA Configuration tab of the Users > Vendors menu, all Service labels have been renamed to Product

Automated Collateral Review [CLCTUTD-16067]

Introduced an optional feature generating an Automated Collateral Review document in the Files tab with order info, loan details, and rule findings
Feature can be enabled in Administration > Preferences > Workflow Options

Added Employer Identification Number (EIN) [RRJJWR-3485]

New encrypted EIN field now supported in the Create Order API request, Update Loan Information API request, Create Order, and Bulk Order Creation processes
Hidden by default and can be enabled in Administration > Preferences
Securely reportable via the "Secure Loan Data" data source in CMS BI

EPC Transaction ID and Digital Gateway Order ID Added to Send Order Request [JJWR-4228]

For Encompass (EPC) integrations, EPC Transaction ID and Digital Gateway Order ID will be included in the SendOrder API request to the LOS when opted into the NotifyOrderCreation touchpoint

Modify Button for Government Case Number [CLCTUTD-15141]

The "Modify" button for the Government Case Number field has been renamed to "Apply Format" to clarify that its function applies FHA formatting rules

Update Unread Message Count in Order Dashboard [CLCTUTD-9934]

Corrected the 'New Messages' count on the CMS Order Dashboard to consistently update after messages are marked as read

Document Delivery Setting Does Not Consider AutoFileDeliveryEnabled Feature [CLCTUTD-11616]

Resolved an issue where the Document Delivery dropdown was not working
Documents now successfully deliver to the borrower when enabled in Administration > Preferences > Document Delivery

Consider Custom Turn Time Logic [CLCTUTD-10412]

Updated API order creation logic to accurately calculate turn times for lenders with custom requirements

FHA Validation Status Displays as Blank in BI Report When CMS Renders as 'Non-FHA' [CLCTUTD-15653]

Fixed an issue in the CMSBI "Provider Profiles – License Details" report where the FHA Validation Status field showed blank instead of 'Non-FHA'

Fee Increase Date Sent to BI [CLCTUTD-11849]

Ensures the true date of creation for additional charges is accurately reflected in BI data

AppraisalPort Order Attributes [APPMOD-7321]

Order Attributes are currently hidden from AppraisalPort users to mitigate an unexpected issue
Expected to be visible again in the following UAT and production releases
