Platform Enhancements and Issues

Log and Message Updates [APPMOD-10089, APPMOD-10082, APPMOD-10068, APPMOD-10056, APPMOD-9893]

Several updates to the Log and Message module address usability issues and restore legacy functionality:

  • Send button unavailable on replies with long subject lines — Replying to a message with a subject line at or near the 80-character limit would fail; the system now automatically truncates the subject when prepending "Re:"

  • Customer/Loan Officer message visibility — Users can now see their own sent messages without manually adding themselves as a recipient

  • Processor notifications — Messages sent by customers are now automatically flagged as "New" for Processors

  • Recipient auto-population on replies — Recipients are now automatically pre-selected based on who sent the original message

  • Service Provider identity hidden from customers — Loan Officer users can no longer see the assigned appraiser's name

  • Service Provider communication restricted — The Service Provider recipient option is available only to customers on applicable AMC orders

  • Low screen resolutions — The Create New Message modal was optimized for smaller screens; minimum supported resolution for CMS is 1280×720

Q2: Configurable Dashboard

  • Removing duplicate queues

  • Updating dashboard queues to display results in the advanced search format

  • Adding a "Pinned Orders" tile — users can have up to 100 pinned orders at a time

  • User configurations: decide which tiles and charts appear on each dashboard, select up to 5 saved searches for bar graph display, and choose whether results open in a new or same tab

  • Admin configurations: configure global dashboards and override specific dashboards (saved searches cannot be controlled at the admin level)

Q2: Bulk Vendor Profile Updates — A new module allowing users to make bulk updates to vendor profiles via all vendors or spreadsheet upload; most assignment eligibility criteria is available to update in bulk.
