New Monthly Release Cadence, 4-Week Sprint Cycles, and Extended UAT Windows

We're introducing updates to our release schedule and sprint cycles designed to enhance the quality, predictability, and transparency of our deployments.

New Production Release Schedule

• Launch date: July 12, 2025

• Frequency: Every 2nd Saturday of the month

• Deployment window: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM CST

Sprint Cycle Changes

We're transitioning to a 4-week sprint cycle to enable:

• Extended development and QA time

• Extended UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for client validation

• Better planning and predictability

UAT Deployment

• Timing: Mondays at 3:00 AM CST

• Frequency: Once per release cycle

• September 13, 2025

• October 11, 2025

• November 8, 2025
