Platform enhancements

None at this time.

Platform enhancements only visible with UAD 3.6 enabled

Order attributes sent to Collateral Investigate [APPMOD-11879, APPMOD-11913]
Order Attributes are not submitted to Collateral Investigate upon review order creation. In an upcoming release, we will also update Collateral Investigate when an Order Attribute is added or changed on an existing order.

3.6 CU and LCA Scores in Advanced Search [APPMOD-11700]
Advanced Search results now display the CU Score and LCA Score for UAD 3.6 orders.

Issue resolutions

UAD 3.6 Engagement Letter Duplicate Instructions Resolution [APPMOD-11873]
We fixed an issue with engagement letter generation that caused instructions to print multiple times in certain configurations. Engagement letters now display each applicable instruction only once.

UAD 3.6 Fatal findings in automated revision requests to vendor [APPMOD-11382]
We have fixed a problem where UCDP automated revision requests were not filtering out non-fatal feedback messages in vendor notifications. Automated revision requests to vendors when UCDP is “Not Successful” now only include UCDP fatal findings.

UAD 3.6 Orders stuck in Investor Submission in Progress status [APPMOD-11860]
We fixed an issue that caused orders to become stuck in Investor Submission in Progress status due to the timing of multiple UCDP callbacks to CMS.

Vendor Profile Document Viewing and Download [APPMOD-4490]
We resolved an issue when viewing and downloading vendor profile documents on the Vendor Changes tab in Vendor Management. When a change is made via the AppraisalPort profile sync feature, users reviewing and approving those changes can now reliably open and download documents with complete file names and file formats intact.

Moving audit trail items to the “Recent Activity” tab

We are moving some items that currently show up in the “Messages” tab of Log and Message to the “Recent Activity” tab, since they are audit trail logs and not messages from a person or messages that require action. Examples include:

Logs of decisions made by users. For example, Property Details Collaboration logs (Product Order Details Updated, Rejected, or Approved) and Provider fee/date Conditions accepted or rejected.

Confirmation of Service Provider Assignments and changes.

Order details or comments being modified.

Enables users to focus on messages by decluttering the Messages tab and separating audit trail logs into their own tab.
