AppraisalPort updates for form badges and blank subject lines

The production release, scheduled for October 28, 2026, includes several key updates. Below are the details of what’s included in this release and how it supports our ongoing efforts to improve system performance and user experience. AppraisalPort updates

AppraisalPort: Accurate form badges for Office Managers [APPMOD-12578]
We fixed an issue where AppraisalPort Office Managers were seeing incorrect Legacy Form badges on UAD 3.6 orders. AppraisalPort Office Managers will now see the correct Legacy Form badges on UAD 3.6 orders without needing to open each order to refresh the display.

AppraisalPort messages with no subject line [APPMOD-12635]
We fixed an issue where messages from AppraisalPort without a subject line were not being sent to Collateral Investigate. CMS now adds “Subject Not Provided” to messages sent to Investigate without a subject so they send successfully.
